We do not guarantee that we will be able to accept every enquiry or act for every person who contacts us. We cannot guarantee that an enquiry submitted through the website will be reviewed immediately, but we will aim to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If your matter is urgent or subject to an imminent deadline, you should contact us directly by telephone.
