Website Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Ewnder Legal website. By use of this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About this website
This website is operated by Ewnder Legal Ltd (hereafter referred to as "Ewnder Legal", "we", "us" or "our"). The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We aim to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, but immigration law, nationality law, Home Office guidance and relevant procedures can change, often at short notice. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that any information on this website is complete, accurate or current at the time you read it.
2. Information on this website does not constitute legal advice
Nothing contained on this website constitutes legal advice or should be relied upon as such. The information provided is general in nature and is not intended to address your particular circumstances. Every immigration and nationality matter is different, and the outcome of any application or matter will depend on its individual facts and the law and policy applicable at the relevant time.
You should obtain specific legal advice and you should avoid taking action or making decisions based on information contained on this website. No information on this website should be treated as a substitute for advice from a suitably qualified professional who has considered your individual circumstances. If you require such advice please do not hesitate to contact us.
3. Use of this website does not create legal relations
Your use of this website, including reading its content, contacting us, sending an email or submitting an enquiry through our online enquiry form, does not create a solicitor-client, adviser-client or other professional relationship between you and Ewnder Legal. A professional relationship will only arise when Ewnder Legal has expressly agreed to accept your instructions and the relevant engagement and client-care arrangements have been completed.
Submitting an enquiry does not mean that we have agreed to act for you. We may contact you following an enquiry, ask for further information or arrange a consultation. None of these steps, by themselves, mean that we have accepted your instructions. Until that point, you should not assume that Ewnder Legal is acting for you or that we are responsible for any immigration deadline, application or other matter. We therefore accept no liability for any action or omission caused by your reliance on the perceived relationship.
4. Online enquiries
Our online enquiry form is provided as a convenient way for prospective clients to contact us. We will consider enquiries received through the website and, will always contact you to discuss your circumstances and the services whether we are able to help or not. We do not guarantee that we will be able to accept every enquiry or act for every person who contacts us. We cannot guarantee that an enquiry submitted through the website will be reviewed immediately, but we will aim to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If your matter is urgent or subject to an imminent deadline, you should contact us directly by telephone.
5. Fees and quotations
Any fees, prices or estimates displayed on this website or provided to you before we have formally accepted your instructions, are provided for informational purposes only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any fee information or quotation provided by Ewnder Legal before a formal engagement is entered into constitutes an invitation to treat and is not an offer capable of acceptance. As such, no contract for the provision of legal or immigration services will arise merely because a fee has been quoted, displayed on the website or communicated to you.
Any fees applicable to your matter will be confirmed as part of the formal engagement process and will always be clearly set out in your client care letter. Fees may vary depending on the nature, complexity and circumstances of your matter. Additional work, third-party costs and disbursements may also apply.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this website should be understood as a promise or guarantee that an immigration, nationality or other application will be successful. Immigration decisions are made by the relevant government department, tribunal or court, as applicable. Any examples of outcomes, cases or experiences referred to on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be taken as an indication of the likely outcome of another person's matter. When you instruct the chances of success will be clearly stated on your advice letter, or where no advice letter is provided, on your client care letter.
